What is the return policy?
If our products are returned in good order with tag intact, within 30 days; you are welcome to exchange for a different size/ style or if you are not happy with your purchase you may request a refund. Please tell us why you were not happy, we are always aiming at bettering ourselves.
How many days will it take for me to receive my order?
Normally 3-5 working days, however depending on production you may wait up to 10 days. This hardly ever happens but we will keep you in the loop.
Do you have a shop where I can visit during the week?
No only online or you can visit us every Saturday at The Shongweni Farmers & Craft Market, Stall G12 every Saturday 7am to 1pm. We’d love to meet you.
Do you ever have sales?
No, our ranges are limited and sell out fast. Be keyboard ready when you get your latest drop mail. Quality never has time to go on sale.
Can I order from a previous collection?
If sold out, unfortunately not. We do limited runs to remain exclusive.
Do you ever ship internationally?
Yes we do but you would need to cover the international duties and shipping costs.
